Default OEM SS ZR1 Wheels

Selling a set of 16x8 zr1 wheels off of a 98 ss. These are not cheap aftermarket wheels. In perfect condition except one rim has a few minor chips on the outside of the rim ( looks like it was caused by the tire dismounter). These wheels would be perfect to put some slicks on and use them as track wheels. I will split them up if 2 people just want 2 for the rears. I'm located in Washington state if you would like to pick them up. Make offer.

They should be 17" X 9". Can you confirm?

Please post some larger pictures. Very interested if they are in excellent condition.

The 0 trader rating and post count of 1 weren't reassuring to say the least, but I wanted to see what the seller would come back with.

Guys, They are in fact 16x8. Do a search and you will see more information on which cars these came on.

I understand no one wants to trust the guy with 0 trader rating points. I signed up for this account last year, before I even bought my 4th gen and never used it. If you would like I can create a auction on ebay, and you can feel safe buying from a seller with over 1,000 feedback. Let me know what you want to do.

the 16x8 SS wheel came on the 96 and 97 convertible SS cars. It was also available on the RS package offered by SLP.

Yep. Been around 4th gen F-bodies extensively since '95. Had he said "vert" in his post, I would have known immediately that he was right. Instead, I thought it was more likely that he had regular SS wheels (17") and had posted the wrong size. Guess I underestimate people.

camaroslpss, good luck with the sale. Unfortunately I'm only looking for 17" wheels.
