Question How hard is it to remove the LT1 PCM???

I've honestly never had the need to remove the PCM, but now I have to remove it and send it off for repair...

How hard it is to remove, and what tools do I need? I just moved and don't have much with me at the new place.

Thanks

-Rick

Two 10mm bolts and it releases from the car, then unplug the 4 connectors on back.

Takes 5 minutes.

Five minutes even accounts for chuggin a couple beers once the two bolts are removed.

The connectors only go one way. When you reinstall it you can't mess it up.

I never had to remove mine until I tore into the top half so why is that so With that said, he needed advice and you didn't offer anything to help in that area...

It's really easy. Takes minutes.
