Converting SBC heads to reverse flow

None yet. Wanting to see what it would cost to convert, in order to weigh out the benefit vs cost.
At this point it will probably be 195 AFR's. Street or Comp ported will depend on the budget.
I can get street ported very cheap though. Cheaper than AI's 190cc heads and they already have rocker studs and guide plates installed...

It's surprizingly simple once you see a set of them done. People think that sbc and LT1 heads are so different but they are not. Honestly though, why do it to AFR 195's? They make them for LT1's and they are only 300-400 more. Unless you are getting them for a song, then I would say go for it.

If you are converting heads it better be for some killer big runner SBC heads to go on a solid roller stroker! Converting over afr 195s seems silly unless you get them for close to free.

I have gone the other way and it wasnt that hard. In your case one head needs two holes opened up. and then your steam pipe holes in the back. or you can use the back of the intake some of the newer intakes put holes back there. So use some braided line and some fittings and you are set. But if you are going to do it I would think a really good set of heads would be worth the trouble not something that is comparable to an lt4 head.
