Default Jet Chips Underdrive Pulley Kit

Anyone running or have ever run this pulley set? 90140. Do you like them? Looks to be the A/C, alternator and crank pulleys. Was thinking of buying. Thanks for the input!

Thanks, but I am pretty much done with bolt ons at this point, or so I thought (headers, ignition box, airfoil, electric water pump and 1.6 Roller Rockers, TB bypass) and I have already put a full aftermarket suspension in it save for a tubular K-member and A-arms. I also have a Moser 9" in it. Next year is the cam, heads, TB and injectors along with true duals. Just trying to get every little thing I can out of it before calling it complete.

Have I missed a bolt on or two somewhere that might be better than underdrive pulleys? Bear in mind I am running a stock bottom end.

Thanks, again!

Ditch the ignition box.
I'm assuming you already have a CAI, you didn't list it...

It's a Ram Air so I didn't bother buying one. Why ditch the ignition box? I thought the point of having one was to send a hotter spark to the cylinder and burn the fuel more efficiently thus adding a couple more ponies?

It's unnecessary. Unless you were using the timing feature to pull timing for spray, its not really helping you much.

I have under drive pullies on my car, cant say if they did anything really, i think they are.. ASP? But, i noticed the alternator under drive is what really sucks, when you run the car WOT at night you can watch all the lights n gauges dim at about out 3500RPM. Dunno if that actually hurts power

Almost everyone making serious power run some type of under drive pulley. I use the BBK and dont have any issues with charging or the AC when the car still had it, and the BBK is only the crank pulley. Worth it IMO.

What's wrong with the ignition box? It's not hurting anything, and should improve idle, throttle response, and maybe a mpg or two.

I think that's more of a placebo feeling that people have with aftermarket ignition boxes...
I just think they are unnecessary on a stock/near stock n/a car...you can use it if you want to.
