if you have not seen it, here is an imageshack link to my car running while Calvin was driving it doing a 5K RPM launch and feathering the clutch against an 00 LS1 with Intake and Exhaust...

no but seriously with modded heads and a "decent" cam you should be putting down over 340 rwhp through a 6 speed
Is it tuned for the cam?

Its bad CorEy. Real bad.
Run chases car, his is BONE STOCK except for the firehawk intake and loudmouth.
I gaurantee you he'd put 5-6 on you. MINIMUM.
Not bashin you dude. I'd love to see your car run better than it does, I really would. Its just a massive pile of fail under that hood of yours.

yes, I had it tined by madtuner.
The reason for the 5K launch was because before the cam swap I used to launch at 2,500 on street tires on the street and that was a descent launch...3500 on the track with street tires.
After the cam swap I tried to launch at 2500 and nerely stalled it...tried 3000 and nerely stalled it...tried 3500 and it bogged severely...tried 4000 and it still bogged...calvin saw most of those and I let him give it a go...he tried it a 5000 just to see what it would do after all the **** I tried...he still bogged a bit. Tires never really spun bad at all any time. Caught traction pretty quick, but that was prolly due to now low end torque at all...once it was moving, it would go.

Well I got tired of getting blown off for appointments to fix the exhaust so I called another joint and it gets fixed tomorrow morning...That will stop the fresh air from hitting the O2's, and if there IS a such thing as a backpressure issue, this will fix it........if this fixes my problem great, if not it shuts all that damn noise up so I can hear my engine instead of exhaust and I can start actually troubleshooting this thing...

That thing sounds like crap at launch. There is something definitaly mechanically wrong with that engine. That cam is inbetween a 503 and hotcam. nothing extreme or "big" about it. It shouldnt bog like that at all. something is F'd up for sure.
it has nothing to do with your launch, gears, gas, tires blah blah blah. Something is wrong with that motor.

Fairly new Opti with MDS cap and rotor kit
MSD 6AL Ignition Control
MSD Heavy Duty Coil
MSD 8.5mm Superconductor SP Wires

Fairly new AC Delco O2 Sensors
O2 Sims on rear O2 Sensors
Y'all know about the cam already
Ford SVO 30# Injectors
Deleted EGR, EVAP, and AIR
Stock Timing Chain
March underdrive pulley coupled with stock harmonic balancer
Valero? Stage 2 Clutch (about to swap to a SPEC 3)

And in case y'all have not seen my other posts, I am also throwing 2 engine codes...
P0335: Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
P0336: Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
I replaced the CPS since then and deleted the codes and they came right back.

How likely could it be that my stock Intake setup is causing the issues???
I have the stock SLP SS Intake which curves up from the MAF and seats to my SS Hood, stock elboe, and Stock MAF de-screened...it has a TPiS Air Filter in it..

Watching and listening to the video alot it does seem your car bogs down on launch alot. It definetly should not espsecially with the mods you have and riding the clutch out on 5000rpms or so with street tires no way. How does the car drive under normal driving? Have you done a compression check or anything like that since you have had it? I dont think and exhaust would make it run like that I ran with open headers dumped for along time and it ran fine.
Just tring to brain storm this not bashing or anything. With as much time as you put into this car i know you want it running top notch. Its a demotivator for sure when you do all this work and you still have problems. Well if it was throwing a code for the CPS thats usually a misfire or abnormal vibration isnt it? I know you have it tuned out but if it was throwing it before you got it tuned out then something was wrong. Do you have any idle videos of it we can hear you said it has alot of lope but alot to you might be alittle to someone else no what I mean might help diagnose your problem.
HMMM

I know what you mean, here is an idle video...
http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/9568/sany0001.mp4
Also It runs ok once you get it going, its just tough to get going...have to bump RPM's pretty high to get it moving...
Also CPS is not tuned out just yet...was going to, but wanna ensure there is no other issue first.

On 1996 vehicles with Onboard Diagnostics II (OBD II), the crankshaft position sensor is also used to detect variations in crank speed caused by ignition misfire. If the computer senses enough of these, it will illuminate or flash the Check Engine or Service Engine Soon light to signal the driver he has a problem.
Did you pull the sensor to make sure it is not contacting the wheel? O possible put on backwards dont know if its possible though. Do you feel a misfire at all? Was it running like this before the cam? Might end up needing to pull that cam and put a different one in.
I am trying to watch the video now.

It does not seem like there is a miss at all. I have held it at 3000 just to listen to it and nothing. I have been tols before though by ss.slp.ls1 that he had this before and shortly after his opti crashed...I will be replacing MY opti very soon
These codes never came up till after the cam swap, and it ran great before. I put 3 lengths on an 00 LS1 with a good *** driver before the swap and was pulling away from it at top end...
