Default Where should i spend my tax return...

Need to spend some money, and can't decide between these options...

I'm kinda leaning on the e-85 carb conversion. it will probably be cheapest after selling my lt4 intake, tb, injectors, opti, coil, computer, etc. Plus i won't always be worried about limping it on this crappy 91 octane here, and it opens the door for 8k rpm and a large SR. However i NEED a cage in this car, and I don't street drive the car too much, maybe twice a week. I'm also looking to drop weight off the front with the PA K-member, lightened spindle, drag brakes, and manual rack. Probably my most expensive option, but I think RIGHT NOW, would probably improve the car the most. Thoughts?

I say you got a good motor already so work on the chassis. If you NEED a cage do that first. If you can get away without one, then do the other stuff.

get a cage, i think you could almost cover the e85 conversion by selling the parts you have now on it

I vote cage first, then switch over to the E-85.

+1 for the cage. If its fast enough to need to think about one just get it and stiffen up the whole car

I say cage....better safe than sorry, literally. The front end will help the car without a doubt, but it's better to keep you alive than go fast

Agreed. If it's running fast enough to need a cage then go that route. No point in getting more speed if what you already have will get you booted.
