You cant "actually" do that. You would require an opti from a 96-97 LT1 and they will not work on a 93-95 LT1. HOWEVER, you can buy a cap/rotor kit from MSD that converts the 93-95 into a semi vented setup. It will help, but as far as making it a vented setup like the 96-97, I wouldnt even attempt it.
I have heard about some people drilling holes and welding tubes on to do it, etc....I wouldnt advise that. Optis are sensitive enough as it is....why risk messing it up and making it worse?

95+ timing chain setup (specifically the cam sprocket, the crank sprocket is the same, but you'll want to replace everything, not just the sprocket). (chain - 10128485, crank sprocket - 10128346, cam sprocket - 10206039).
95+ or aftermarket camshaft (due to needing a longer pin and deeper cam snout nose).
95+ vacuum harness. 12555323

95+ timing cover. 12552426
95+ vacuum fitting. 14082470

The MSD cap n rotor is definitely the way to go though.
Not sure what you mean by "semi-vented". That's not really possible, you need a hose to let fresh air in AND out. The MSD has both...

in addition to this list the stock cam will work all you need is the dowel pin from a 95-97 and swap...while you are in there doing this, it would be a perfect time to instal a new timing chain.....looks like alot of work but it is not.
