Put coilovers on the LT1 yesterday...
Looks totally different now. I still need to bring the front up a little and put some BMR springs out back. Check it out, just thought I'd share with my fellow LT1 people.

I appreciate it! It's really come around in the last few years. I have a 6.0 waiting on a 41xci rotating assembly and some L92 heads. The only reason I haven't pulled the trigger on the build so far is due to the fact that I might do the EFI connections swap and some converter SBC heads or maybe some Trickflows when the price comes down.
So many choices.

Wow what a difference...Just yesterday I looked ahead on my LS1tech calendar and saw the car, looked like a monster truck compared to this! I recently put some Strange coilovers on my car as well, pic in sig. IMO keep the front where it is and just run a lowering spring in the back. Car looks great and love the color!

Cut one coil off the top of the rears it will be PERFECT. It should have 2 coils tightly wound together at the top.
Nice car.
A suggestion, a set of RK sport black carbon fiber emblems would look trick on that car.
I have them in red on mine and they really look nice.

I am off of Dorchester Road about mile up from the air base.
Thanks guys! I had actually considered cutting a coil. I may give it a shot since it's free and shouldn't take long at all.
I had also considered doing the sunoco body stripe in flat black, but I am unsure of how I will actually like it. Good call on the badges though, I planned on those, but never got around to it after paint. Hell, I still need to order a nose emblem from emblem pros.

Suprisingly, I have never been down the 1/4... we run 1/8th mile around here. It's really not that bad, I had the fronts set on 5 and it felt great. The rear is a little rough due to the 50/50's, but it's not bad at all.
