Default New LE TrickFlow 21 deg heads/ported intake

Some new goodies came in from Lloyd Elliot today.

Got my new ported Trickflow 21 deg heads and ported intake. I also got my blower cam from his as well so things are moving along. Just figured I would share.

Head specs:
21 deg
54cc
208cc runner
2.055/1.60 valves
Patriot Gold Extreme springs
Titanium Locks/Retainers

.200 .300 .400 .500 .600 .700
146 206 252 289 301 304
108 145 179 207 217 226

From what I understand, these flow considerably more than stock ported LT1 castings which peak around the 280CFM range intake IIRC. Flow numbers don't mean much to me so we will see how it does on the engine.

Intake - Took 3lbs out of it LOL.

They look great. Cant wait to see your final setup. They do flow quite a bit more. My LE2s flowed 283/199 at .600

This is what Lloyd told me via email so I'm guessing he enlarged the chambers or its a typo....leaning towards the typo. I will confirm with him since I know the 21 deg heads come with the 54cc chambers.

What did the runner size come out to after porting?

Those are some stout flow numbers.

Confirmed with Lloyd 62cc was a typo. They are 54cc as advertised.

Runner size came out to 208 compared to 185 as they come from Trickflow.

300cfm from a small 208cc runner is pretty damn nice.

Wow, those ports looks really nice and professionally done. LLoyd really knows what to do with 'em. How tight did you have it milled down? What cam?
I think these heads are going to give great results and power. Congrats.

I'm excited myself and the heads were milled .003 just to clean off minor porting scratches/marks. Lloyd spec'd me a blower cam for my particular build plans.

Unfortunately not anytime soon unless a bunch of $$ falls in my lap. These are going on a boosted motor which I am currently building. Flow numbers aren't everything but I think its clear these will perform well.

Thanks! The rest of the plan goes as follows.

Procharger F1A (12-15psi) w/ FMIC
Callies crank/rods, JE pistons (undecided on piston manufacturer) - To be purchased in a couple weeks.

Of course everything else will be upgraded including the fuel system, clutch, trans, and possibly may go with the EFI connection LS computer conversion.

I am still at the early stages of the build so once all my parts are here, the Bird will get stripped down to get started.
