Ahhh the fabled lt1 big bore race block gm off the record never built. You of course know after we had talked about this have the most sought after lt1 block in history. These have popped up once in a great while and the last one went for a ton of money on ebay. The fact that you have all the docs and original crate etc makes this highly desirable. I wish I had the cash to get it from you. One of the big dogs is gonna get one hell of a motor if they pony up the cash for this baby. I will stop by soon to drool over it. Just goes to show you when you know the right people you can find the rarest of rare things. Congrats to you and Jerry. I envy you both!

Whats so stupid about this block is you can damn near build a complete LSx for what the bare block costs.

unfinished bore is like 4.025. siamese cylinder walls. measured with a thickness checker through freezeplug opening quickly. .300 thick cylinder walls!!!! you can go big with this block. I've got a sonic tester I'm going to check it with soon too.

I have all that info. I know what company cast them, I know who from GM has the ability to order them. I have talked to both parties. GM owns the patterns for that block and they will not give it up. The machine company that built them said they would love to make more and would but GM has to place the order.

Petition wont do anything. Pre-paid orders would do it. Get about 30-40 pre-paid.
