After talking with Ed Wright for a bit Ive decided to get a Wilson Elbow and a 90mm TB for the intake. Its a proven combo that works!

So are you going to sell the current elbow and TB that's on the intake? What about the one on your car?

Thanks AC. I grew up on big blocks.....and despite what everyone thinks, it's not easy getting any street car into single digits reliably. Sure it is getting easier now that the aftermarket is huge and the internet means you can find parts, but it's expensive. Doing this with a stock block LT1 is just plain cool. I compare you diehard LT1 guys to my 409 (and 348) friends.

Thanks! Ive been diehard LTx since 93, and bought my first one brand new in dec 96. I had that one in the 11s too which was pretty fast for back then but it took a bottle to get there. I bought a new 00 Formy but the LS1 never gave me the same thrill so I sold it and got my dream 4th gen once I found it. PS im also doing it on stock heads

LTXtech a great site and the primary sponsor for the LTXshootout. If you get some time get over there!

The art of the odd ball engine building lives on! LOL

I can relate to what you said, I was raised on Mark IV's (then Gen V's and VI's).

I still want to build a W engine for this rat rod/gasser build I've been planning on doing for awhile now. Hilborn mechanical fuel injection, a moon tank, and those awesome valve covers!

Im surprised Clint didnt have it ported by lloyd before it went on his car.
Looks good.

I just purchased some stuff going after a 10 sec slip on motor for my car. We'll see how it goes, just seems like its taking so much to move with 3700lb anchor down the track.
