5.3 was cracked by the oil pan hadn't seen that so I got refunded my money. The Guy at the jy has a 4.8 for 500 complete from an 03 truck with 90k miles. Sound like a good 2nd option or should I wait. Pm me if possible I don't wanna mess matts thread up more then I have already

so Matt what is up with this car? Any dyno, track times yet?
What part numbers were the rods and pistons? I assume stock crank?
Who sumped your tank and do you have the part numbers for the fuel system? Pics of installed fuel systeM?

I got say this is a wicked build great work done, I have a question how did you mount ur rad into the cradle like you did? Im wanting to do the same thing to keep everything tuck up and away to have a cleaner engine bay for my lsx swap.

Hey guys sorry for not updating in FOREVER.....
The car is doing good.. I have the heads off of it right now to add studs and cometic gaskets to turn the boost up... I am also swapping a TH400 in with a trans brake along with a Meth kit and 103lb injectors since I had my 74s at 105% duty cycle at only 13lbs... I haven't post any track times yest since I have a local grudge money race with an LT1 guy and he trolls on here to get info on the car...lol but as you can see from my "9 second club" it has ran pretty good!!..
I took the car out to a local cruise a few weeks ago and I outran a ZX14 that runs 9.04 @154 in the quater by a half of car...we went from 40-150 and I stayed in 3rd gear he went down to second...he couldn't believe that a car outran his bike.... I raced a GSXR 750 too and i outan him so bad it looked like I threw him out the window....
I will post up some videos of some street pulls from tuning...
ROB - PM me and I will give you all the info you need on rods pistons sump etc.....
Kryz Z - i took and cut the back side of the core support out and bought the standard Griffin that everyone uses to stand up and it slid right in... then made a couple tabs to hold it in....

OK guys sorry I have neglected this thread for a while... I have been really busy with other things and the car has been just sitting in the garage....
I have changed motor setups a ton lol.... I ended up with an all Forged Iron block with fully ported LSA heads, meth injection, fully ported single plane intake an Fast 4150 throttle body. 100+lb injectors w/ twin a1000 pumps with a sumped factory F body gas tank... -10 feed and -6 return boost referenced reg etc.
Custom built th400 with a brake and custom Billet stall converter... (I had 25 percent slip on my last converter built for 1000hp)

Yea the camaro is my daily driver... its a SLP SS 6 speed with full bolt one..
SLP long tubes, Y pipe, and dual dual exhaust. lid, ls6 intake, tuned, UD pulley, ported TB, 85mm mad, Hurst shifter etc..
