Only way things would get intresting is if you have a stock oil cooler. But all you would need to do is delete it by buying 2 ft of 5/8th heater hose (3$ lol) and some new bolts if that thing doesnt come with them.

no we would just tap the "sandwich" another side or something.... what size center would it have to be? there is two different options and im not sure what they mean lol

No, you will not just tap the sandwich for an oil return unless you are attempting to make a total failure out of your turbo, fill your exhaust with engine oil and have the fire department respond to your first startup.

Just drill the pan, use WD-40 to catch the loose metal, tap the return line there.

On the front drivers side, there is a nice flat angled bit of the pan: be smart, unlike I, and drill it there where you can get at it with a normal length drill bit!
Edit: I was told about two inches below the pan rail is always a good idea.
Afterwards I ran some cheap synthetic oil through the car for a short period and threw out, replaced with higher grade and a good filter. Just precaution incase any metal bits did get in there.

just a suggestion when you drill the pan coat the drill in wheel bearing grease......it will catch all the shavings........also when you use the tap on the pan do the same a heavy layer of wheel bearing grease on the tap will catch 90% of the shavings...........then id get some cheap 5weight oil an dump a couple of quarts into the motor to rinse out any **** that fell in........

Your doing a rearmount turbo setup right? If so then your gonna be using an external return oil pump. Since your not having to gravity feed oil into the pan like on a front mount setup you could just run the return to a valve cover at least temporarily.
