450 whp?
You will be pushing it pretty good to see 450rw. A blower would be close in price, much more street friendly, able to make more power with a simple pulley swap.

If it is a strong runner, don't worry about it. Run a compression check.. If it is a weak motor on its last leg, budget for a rebuild.
You would need full bolt ons, good size cam, nice set of heads.
No matter how you do it, 450rwhp is not cheap. Nitrous would be easiest and cheapest. Then blower or motor. Last turbo being the most expensive and hardest to get nailed down but most potential.

Exactly, and a blower on a stock bottom end is not going to cut it.
If a stock bottom end ls1 can make 600, I see no reason an lt1 couldn't make 450.
I made over 500 on spray with baby cam only. The list of people who have done that with boost reliably is very short.
