Default Origional headlight blew out. What's nice and bright?

So one of my two origional healights blew out on the hawk. What's nice and bright without making it look like a cheap import? Gonna replace both of them cause I'm sure the other one isn't too far behind. Thanx

I like the XtraVisions. My understanding is the filament is the same as silverstar but without the crappy blue coating that makes them bad in foul weather and run hot and burn out.

Halogens do wear out long before failing though so anything is going to be a big improvement.

if you can try to buy both passenger side and driver side while youre at it. That way one doesnt look different than the other.

They sell retrofits of that, but I don't know that any reputable companies make them. I don't think any of those companies that do make the retrofit make a quality product.

on camaros you can take the filiment/bulb out of the housings and use a regular bulb i believe 9006/7 in it place just need to silicone them back in....as for lighting at least on my camaro i originally tried the silverstars which are a vast improvement...but since with them being alot cheaper than in 05 when i replaced my bulbs are now running 8000 hid lights which are white bulbs and couldnt be happier

Its a sealed lens but you can heat the glue and remove the bulb.

I run the H4 Retrofit housings with a 5,000k hid kit. 100x brighter at night over stock sealed beams and there clear and not blue which look gay. 5,000k is clear so it doesnt look blue and ricer like. IMO i wouldnt waste any money on another sealed beam light. Ive also seen 9007 retrofit housings and they are a cheap upgrade but after driving with HIDs you will not got back.
