Need opinion on car
The big thing is 19X,XXX miles. It's supposedly all highway with a 100 some miles drive to and from work. I haven't seen the car yet in person (going next week) but it's incredibly clean from the pictures, looks new. shorty headers, catless, catback, suspension work, trans cooler and temp gauge. Stock pcm never been tuned. This WOULDN"T be my DD but something to fill my fbody void. My biggest thing is i wanted ttops but this is a hard top the deal is great though i could buy almost 3 of my previous z28's
if it's as clean as it looks and runs good I feel I should get it. All i'd really want to do is possibly put LT's on it and remove and remaining emissions junk. Forgot to mention all the seals have been redone, car doesn't leak a bone and as a rebuilt tranny. Last edited by bufmatmuslepants; Mar 17, 2012 at 10:50 AM.
132k
t tops
auto
2.73 posi disc rear
gray cloth
Solid body, no rust, no accidents, clean paint, clean interior, good tires, brakes, etc, female owner, runs and drives well. Needed a radio and passenger window motor,
Just my 2 cents

But now I found a 84 camaro with a gm crate 350. Auto again but asking 1500 thinking he'll sell lower. So I still have fishing to do, waiting for a steal under 2k pretty much.

85 and up
Ground effect
Iroc Z, Z28, RS
No hard top
TPI or TBI (if RS)
5.7 or 5.0 if 5 speed
No red exterior or red interior
If that car is your style go for it. But for the price you can find a decent LT1 car.
