Never mind the studs on the pictures they are not the right one and the CenterForce clutch kit came with the ARP bolts you suggested me but it doesn't work so today I'm trying to figure out something .
Here's my clutch :

I had the Fidenza Flywheel modified with steel inserts and looks like the ARP bolts are too short so I may use the one you see on the pictures.
I'll be working on this later on today. ( I'm at work right now ) .

I don't have any experience with Fidenza FW or ones with inserts but from the pic it looks like the insert sits higher than the FW that the PP bolts to....which in itself I would think is a problem as the PP now would sit to high.
I guess you could force the PP down by drawing the bolts tight..don't see that as right though as it would deform PP. I also know if TQ is more than 22 ft lbs on PP bolts there will be disengagement issues.
You look to know your way around a wrench (you garage is amazing) and "mods" do require some fab/engineering.
I know the LT 1 PP bolts are "unique" and fortunately ARP now makes them.
Good luck and post what your solution is.

I've been working on the car last night.
No pictures taken because all I'm doing is plugging stuff , installing hoses etc.
Tonight I should be able to fill all fluids and start installing the exhaust for 1st start up Thursday evening .

I have no idea if it is good or not yet.
The only test I did was put the car in gear , depress the clutch to make sure it disengage and the rear end can spin freely while in gear and it does so we'll see.
The clutch pedal feels different then my SPEC III tho.

It's back to life :
I haven't done any editing so it is long a little + when I zoom somehow we lose the sound.
I was trying to catch the motor rocking the whole car.
In the first part of the video never mind about the smoke in the engine bay , this was really the 1st start up , 2nd part the idle is lower ( around 850 RPM ) and it sounds way better and stopped smoking.

The camera did catch some valve train noise ( worst then it sounds really ) but it became quieter a few seconds after.
The machinist told me he took the lifters apart to clean them so maybe they were not completely recharged.
2nd part of the video valve train noise is completely gone.
As of exhaust all I have is a Magnaflow muffler right before it is a small resonator that's about it.

CF does this on their clutches....I would think the centrifical force pulls them to the outside...and that is supposed to increase clamp load.
from CF website:
https://www.centerforce.com/technolo...rforce-weights
Feels so good to be on this side of the build and having the motor fire right up
great jop OP

After a few test ( on the lift ) with the motor running the clutch works perfectly but the pedal does sits lower then before , not sure if it is normal .
It is not as stiff as my SPEC III .
