365/361 As soon as engine was built. Seems kinda low compared to other numbers I've seen on here... Would a cat back, and intake help this to get me closer to the 390 range? Seems possible if that is my main bottlenecks right now.
completely stock ws6 intake (w/paper filter)
stock bottom end (balanced)
stock injectors, and tb
stock cat back w/lt jet hots, and ORY
mild cam (224/230 @.050)
full bolt ons (other than above)
valve job, ported heads, 11:1 comp ratio
rods, pistons, springs, valves, 1.5 rr's

I already have the full length headers, and I am considering looking at the 1.6's, but the guy who built the engine gave me some reason why he didn't go w/the 1.6's when he did it... I just don't remember the reason he gave, it could use some more lift, but I don't think I'm going to bother w/that, I'd rather just do a cat back like you said, a cut out may not be a bad idea, I just think it'd be better to have it open all the time, lol.

2 questions, I just saw some of your videos, and was wondering what cat-back do you have on your car, b/c it sounds quite nice. Second thing... does your car run a 13.6 w/that setup that you have now, or are those videos old? That just sounds like you're off by about 2.5 seconds??

Corrected yesterday from 333 RWHP 315 RWTQ to 340 RWHP 335 RWTQ.
Stock bottom end GM Performance Parts LT4 conversion kit. Running a little lean, but I'm getting it dyno tuned in two weeks.

No way not to the tire. Probably not at the crank either. I would be really mad if thats the case.
my motor:
383 LT1
Callis crank
compstar rods
mahle pistons
TEA TrickFlow heads
Ported Edelbrock LT4 intake
58MM polished TB
Made 449HP to the tire through a 12 bolt moser, 3rd gen camaro on a Andy Wicks E85 tune. There is some more power in it but I have a feeling something is "wrong"

Stock other than 4:10 gears LT4 with 55k miles made 301 rwhp 305rwtrq. Ran a best 1/4 of 13.009 at 106. Best 1/8th was 8.29 at 83mph.
Added hotcam/homemade catback and KN filter it made 330rwhp 327rwtrq untuned and ran 8.0s in the 1/8th at 87mph and best 1/4 was 12.89 at 111mph.
Added longtube headers and PCM4less mailorder. Ran 12.30s at 115mph and best 1/8th so far has been 7.89 at 90mph. No dyno numbers with the headers/tune yet.

7.9 @ 97 in the 8th. Badly slipping clutch, bald nittos. Cut a blazing 2.49 60 ft. That was on an 80 shot of sauce. Now has 150 shot , 4.10s, a clutch, and ignition. I will take it back to the track after I get the dana 60. No 1/4 mile times or dyno runs yet.

I have a copy of a LT1 Formula 2 staged sprayed that runs on my local dyno running 676/63? I have a copy of the run. Apparently, every run, he sprays so hard that the head lifts ever so slightly off the block and leaves a little coolant puddle under the car after the run. Not sure how long that can keep going on for before something gives, but apparently it has been doing every time for a while now. Maybe he goes in there and replaces head bolts every run, I don't know, but the sheet/run is pretty impressive looking.
*forgot to mention, this car is a daily driver and he drives it to and from the local college.

Get a tune on your car, it could be the reason why your not up to par on power.

He must be spraying that car very very hard, id like to see a dyno graph to see how long its making that power for and not just a spike.
I had two freinds with turbo cars, when they were on race gas pushing high boost every now and then the heads would lift.
Bottom ends never got hurt and both cars are still runing
That guy your talking about needs stronger head studs lol

Here is the scan/copy:
*don't mind that piddly run below it...we were messing around comparing it to my run on my car that had a small fuel pump and was waaaay lean :-p

I would hope he already has the strongest studs he can get lol. Anyway, It is more than just a spike...you can clearly see where both stages kick in and it holds pretty good considering. It's like a drawing of a mountain or something :-p Anyway, I will definitely get the page scanned and posted here ASAP. I thought it was pretty cool being it is a daily driver total sleeper.
Yeah that sheet looks like a very fun setup when it hits!
Whats the rest of his setup?
