To be honest, I'm not real sure. This is just what the guy I know who runs the dyno shop showed me and explained in conversation. I may look more into it though as I advance on my project... :-p

Got my car back from APF last week after 9" install and tune. Baseline was 320rwhp b/c it was super lean. Top end still slightly lean but at least now I know I need a bigger than stock pump. That alone should bring me closer, if not over, 400 rwhp.
LE3 heads from '05 or '06 flows only slightly more than current LE2
233/239 .569/.577 112 LSA Comp Cam
LT4 1.6 rr

I have only had my car together for 3 days no dyno or track time yet. what i have is a 94 lt1 trans am. w/ K&N cold air intake, granitelli air meter, machined heads, 210/210 comp cams, new opti, 3.73, headmen headers ceramic, Y pipe, with SLP loudmouth cat back, mod. trans, edelbrock suspension w/ adjustable pan hard bar. my friend has a bbk T.B. that i might put on. any body have any ideas were i might be? I will post pics as soon as i learn how.

I know this is off the subject in here but I have some questions on my lt1 camaro. Its been upgraded to and lt4 package which is not the stock lt4,bigger cam, port and polished heads exc. But its got the stock lt1 comp program how much do you guys think its killing me

Car just runs sluggish and im rating it at over 400 horse with the 11:5:1 pistons, headers, slp exhaust,373 rearendsix speed. Man this car should scream and it would prolly barely beat a stock 5 speed poopstain. I think that this car should embarrass them.

283hp/327tq cut out closed
288hp/328tq cut out open
This was dynoed with moser 9" and 17x11 zr1's with bfg 315's, now it has staock rear back in it and lighter rims and tires.
Completely stock motor with moroso intake, pacesetter lt's with offroad y-pipe, no-flowmaster exhaust (now has self made center exhaust), cut out, tb bypass, ait relocation, msd wires, 6 speed, no computer tune.
got a 12.5 afr at low rpm and saw 14.1 to the top, I need to add a converter and because the exhaust only has a bullet muffler and it is way to free flowing for stock motor, and a computer tune.
I was told I probably gain back 10 hp or so by putting the stock rear back in and getting rid of the heavy 17x11's.
Steve
Oh yea, and I ran 13.56 at 102.3mph and on the next run all my numbers were 3 tenths faster up to 1000 ft mark when I snapped the driveshaft and coasted over at 14.5 and still beat the mustang 4.6 gt I was running, lol.
