I was lucky enough to witness the 8.2@170 mph run at Commerce this weekend. Gray, (Big Bronco) took me and my friend Chris (ruck98) over to the car to tell us all about it. Considering the car ran that at Commerce, which is at an altitude of 1100' and is notorious for poor track conditions, I see 7s with that car easy!!!

Not after you sell all of the LT1 components.

Rick's car is nasty as hell. I wish I lived closer to TX so I could check it out. I've heard a lot about it from Gay I mean Gray.

What do they mean by a "true 10.5"? Is that not stock 10 bolt?

Maybe this one went right over my head.

lol lots of newbs in this forum.

that car has a TON of work done to it fellas. no stock 10 bolt in there. why would you ask that?

true 10.5" slicks (width) versus a 10.5W tire that is around 11" wide - all contact patch.

car has made over 1200 rwhp. strong lt1

That's the first time I've seen a vid of that car in action. I used to watch a vid of it on the dyno over and over again....gave me goosebumps. Awesome car!

It just had the front clip. There was also a TA with an LT1 body with and LS1 in it. I was at the scales waiting for Rick's car to come around and thought that was it at first. Met Gray down by the HPE trailer and he told me what the deal was.

Did anyone else see that LS1 SS nearly flip when it came off the line? Hell it pulled a better wheelie than the Wheelie Car that had there that night could
