CC503 with stock stall and 3.73's?
I have the CC503 Cam going in the car next month and I just want to make sure my setup will work without the car surging. The car is an A4 with stock stall and 3.73 Gears. I dont want to change the stall because I'd like to convert to a M6 in about a year or two but until then will the car drive alright with the 503 (224/230 .535/.544 w/1.6RR's, 112lsa) and the 3.73's? Im also having the car dyno tuned so that should help a little I hope.

It's not that bad on my car, and I just have a mail order tune. I'm guessing you'll be fine, though I have never ridden in a car with the 503.

Personally, whichever you decide on first, I would go smaller on the stall. That's just me. I'd do something in the 2800-3200 range with a Hot Cam. You have to consider the torque band.
