I think he's wonndering if the mono blade vs twin blade design is something to look at - not just bigger is better.
From ASM:
58 MM Monoblade Throttle Valve
1300 CFM Airflow
58 MM LT - 1 Throttle Body
1050 CFM air flow
Most guys start with a 52mm or none at all. I've read the stock 48mm flows around 750cfm and guys - including my car - are in the 12's with them.
Can't tell you the single vs twin blade advantage beside increased airflow - but sounds like a waste of money unless you have full race heads/cam/intake etc.
