Feast your eyes again.... My Lloyd Elliot LT1 Stroker LE3 Head/LE4 Cam is complete.
Here she is men. The almost final pics of the motor after the install. i still have alot of cleaning up to do but getting the motor in was the most important thing out of all of this. I will do the water pump and acc. brackets another color when I have more time. I have to be honest.... I really did not know how the motor was going to react to the computer upon the initial startup being that it is a stroker motor and all. It actually started up on the first try and stayed running rather well. No leaks, hits really hard. I could not make out the cam too well because of the rpms it was running at(1375rpms) and it really needs the tune. Other than that...I just need my tranny back and it will be back on the streets. I did everything i said i was going to do to this motor and sticking to my word like I have always done and taking helpful advice from everyone right here on LS1Tech.com has made this one hell of an acomplishment and one BAD *** LT1 beyond belief. I have all the pictures right here from start to finish and I will post the video of the first startup tommorrow. Thank you to all of the members on LS1 Tech and to all the people who did beleive in me and and the ones who didnt; for fueling my fire and keeping it burning. Now it's time to burn some real octane. Special thanks Lloyd Elliot.... I know what your thinking, but your heads dont look that bad in Candy ZEX purple. To my bro Shawn and his bad *** 1994 stock 11sec Convertible and my beutiful wife and Bad Boy Racing Model Michelle who stuck beside me through all the sh*t talking and haters. She made it her goal to assist me in any part of this build. To the Bad Boy Racing Members......
Thank you guys for being there for me........
Here is the Video....

congrats zex. kind of weird took us both about the same amount of time. i took mine to the dyno thursday, msd opti crapped out. put a gm opti on it last night. car runs great. factory tune - injector setting changed and 10 degrees of timing pulled out the enitre rpm band. going back to the dyno to get it tuned on motor this coming thursday. then break it in and go back and spray the 2 stages on it. new tranny needs 500 miles of stop and go traffic also. nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel huh?
