Cleaned up the hotsides, getting ready to coat them in POR20.
Center sections.
Look what was waiting for me when I got home.
My dad got this for $100 today.
My car was from the North and had a rough previous life. The temprorary rust fix is getting a permanent fix then the roll bar is going in. Hope to have it all done and the interior back in by the weekend.
SRZ the opening in that manifold still needs a plate welded over it, there not finished yet.

I was slacking and went out Friday and Saturday so I only got to work on it today. Got the roll bar off to a good start. My dad did the patches in the floor. I hate welding thin **** like that it angers me lol.
A few days ago I cleaned up one of the cold sides, and coated the one turbo. Here's some pics.

Roll bar is in, floor is mostly done. It's not a roller yet, the rear axle is just under it in the one pic so I could move it outside for a superbowl party lol.
Trailer hitch Haha! Its hidden behind the license plate. You take the license plate off, put the receiver on, then theres a spot on the receiver to fasten the license plate. I've got a little light weight enclosed trailer just big enough to sleep in and bring camping supplies to the shootout.
Made my clutch master cylinder adjustable.
Battery box pretty much finished.
Ready for the 3.50s I got. (4.10s currently)
Solid 1350 U joints installed
Tank sumped, and the rear portion of the under carriage wire brushed and ready for POR15.
Block cleaned with muradic (sp?) acid and ready to be filled.
Getting paint tomorrow around noon. Think I am going with a white with blue flake color unless something else my friend shows me changes my mind. Trying to get the floor finished up and prepped for POR so i can POR my floor (top and bottom) and roll bar on saturday and sunday (2 coats). There will be some body work getting done this weekend to. I'd like to have the car rolling and painted by next weekend. I have a set of Konis on the way

Liberty forged 3..75 crank (made by the same place that makes eagle)
Liberty forged H beam rods (again same place that makes eagle)
SRP .030 -31cc pistons
Eagle 4 bolt splayed caps with ARP studs
ARP head studs
Cometic MLS head gasket
Stock valves and stock unported heads (I may do some port work to them but I don't think i will have time.)
918 springs
Pro mag 1.6 RRs
Chromoly pushrods
My ignition setup it going to be a MSD LS1 box and LS1 coils. I'm going to set up the LS1 cam and crank sensors off my balancer to provide the signal the LS1 MSD box requires.
Carb will be a Edelbrock 750 with a marine accelerator pump, throttle shafts referenced to boost, and solid floats grafted in place of the hollow ones.

As soon as your done there you can start on mine! Progect looks great so far, I like the fact that your fabbing as many parts as possible instead of dropping pocket fulls of cash. hats off bro.....-Chris
