define "full exhaust". catback? or headers and ORY?

no idea on HP but should be good for 13.6-14.0 Probably slower than that if he hasnt been to the track before.

If motor is healthy and in good tune, high 13's to solid 14
@98-100mph should be attainable.
My nephew has a BONE stock 94 A4 Z28. With only a set of MT ET Streets on a stock salad shooters, shitty short time of 2.0 , ran 13.8 @98mph.And I'm talkin' stock air filter/housing, choking stock exhaust system, stock everything. I was impressed.

My guess would be mid-high 13's depending on his driving abilities. Don't know about power.

my guess would be a solid mid 13 with a good driver. on a really good day, great track, and a nice run a low 13 should be possible. as for hp, i'd say anywhere in the range of 265-280, depending on the health of the motor of course

Mid 13's if he can drive it!
And if it's Tommy's old car...Get a chip burnt for it. It'll wake it up some. Tell him I know a guy with a Ported 93 Intake Manifold for sale if he's interested.
And with those mods he will run Excellent on the street. I know b/c I ran it last year after we got it running good, Right before Tommy sold it. It's a good car and he took really good care of it. We both have ALOT of time in that thing.
Oh and 1 more thing if your buddy doesn't know; it has the Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump in it, Adjustable FPR, Brand New GM Opti, and stock 3.23 Gears in it as well.

See ya guys' this spring/summer!

Yeah I can still use the lift.... It's at my work so it would have to be on a weekend (Saturday / Sunday) But we can work something out. I'll fill you in on the details when I call you! TTYL
