Default A few pictures of my nitrous install...*UPDATE* 3.5.08

Got around to finally mounting the solenoids after class today. Already wired the whole kit up so im pretty satisfied with the couple hours worth of work as well as the results.

Picked all the nitrous kit and its goodies from Nitro Daves, very happy how it all worked out.

good job...take it from me though unless you have no wheel well liners move the regualtor somewhere else its easier to work with...it just sux to have to remove the wheel and wheel liner to fix something...

weve done it like this several times at the shop...so i would know

I would recommend changing the way the side or perimeter spray bars are teed together and plumb them with a Y fitting. The side that has a straight thru shot in the tee tends to flow more then the other side. I would hate to see you have a problem with that but at the same time I don't really know what your planning to spray.

Daniel, its a Yblock in the wheel well, not a regulator.

Jake, starting low on the jetting for now, the Tee's should be ok for a while, the plate is said to flow quite well.

Dual stage Gemini plate?

What fuel are you running? I see you are plumbed into the fuel rails for the fuel solenoids.

THose long studs aint gonna make it. I put bolts in mine. Is it gonna clear the cowl?

Looks awesome, I am still trying to figure out how to wire mine.

I want a button on the steering wheel WITH my window switch Or arming signal(inline somehow) so if the car wheelstands I can turn the button loose to turn off the spray and keep my foot on the floor so I dont have a re-entry CRASH. But I want the timing retard to stay active.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys!

The studs dont clear the rear cowl, but the wilson elbow does! So no cutting for me

David, I would just run a kill switch for the whole system if your worried about re-entry. I had a plan to do something like that on my shifter. And ill be on some 93 for the smaller shots, looking at pickin up some sunoco soon.

Hey Tony do you know if 30# injectors on a stock LT1 setup will make me run in the high 9's???

lol... just kidding dude, your setup looks killer, freaking gonna be a low 9 car right? I hear PEPE was sold as a roller and the engine setup was going in a foxbody pony...freaking crazy...poor PEPE.

I dig those carbon fiber solenoid covers, just noticed those.

Would and "interrupt" microswitch from the rpm activation wire do it Tony? Hold it down to complete the circuit and release it if it goes skyward to un-ground the solenoids?

I think this would work, thoughts?

This is EXACTLY what I am considering, drop 600lbs like BAM. 11.0 to 10.40 with a body swap.

You know how much he got for the roller?

He got a freaking good penny dude, really good, almost what I sold the car for, but it was setup right, all it really needed was a 4link but what was in it was good for high 9's, otherwise it was good to go. Word is they are doing an sbc setup pushing 700rwhp n/a then juicing it, non-lt setup.

I have to confess I sometimes miss her, but I'll be back one day with another toy
