Default Weird Misfire only when cold

Okay my car has been running fine...just went through a big snow storm with almost 2 feet of snow without a hitch. Well it's been raining all day today and I went to go to class and drove out of the parking lot while sitting at the traffic light my car started shaking and I could tell it was having a misfire. It would start missing pretty bad whenever you would put the motor under any kind of load. But as I got to campus it got hot enough where the temperature started reading on my gauge. Then I noticed my misfire went away. Couldn't really put it under any kind of real load since there was a lot of traffic and the speed limit is 25 on campus but when it got warm it stopped. Do you think this is a one time thing? Almost seems like the opti got soaked from the rain and it had to get hot to dry off
