Your trap speed seems pretty low I was trapping another 4mph on the stock stall with my old cc503 and was under shifting it at 6100 or so, so I would assume it to be a little higher maybe. Anyways the car sounds good and get a stall and some tires on that bad boy and you will be all over 12's!

Deftinally a small stall, and a DR maybe gears and you will be all over the 12's no problem!

I have pretty much the same mods and i trapped at 109 with a shitty 2.2 60'.. i dunno. your car with gears, stall and tires will put you deep in the 12's. nice runs!

Nice results, I'm looking into getting the LT4 conversion kit from Edelbrock. I think that's one of the only heads/cam packages I can run while still having a chance to pass CA smog.
Bring on the N20.

I don't understand how so many people do cam swaps and still can't get into the 12's. I hit 12.96 with just a few bolt-ons. Is the car tuned? If not that might be all you need to get 12's. A tune was my last mod before I hit 12's and I didn't change anything else. Good luck.

CC306 > LT4 hotcam
TCI 3500 stall > no stall

Did you read what I posted at all? I was running faster than that with JUST A FEW BOLT-ONS. At the time I had 3.42's, stock stall, street tires, and completely stock motor. I haven't run the car on the new setup yet.

he probably put them in there.

OP those were some decent runs, you definitely have more left on the table. and that was pretty cool of your dad to run his car down the track to get those vids for you.

i HATE hotcams. i owned a 95 t/a with one and i despised it. waste of money and time IMO. anyways, with a stall and sticky tires that will for sure get you into the 12s

It was a stock rear out of a 2000 SS m6. I blew out my stock rear (which was 2.73) not long after I bought the car. The car now has 180,xxx miles on it and had about 176,xxx when I ran it with the bolt-on setup.
