Question popped out of gear. Clutch?

Was driving actually kinda slow and shifted like normal, went to put it into third and it went in but when i started accelerating it popped out of gear and made a weird noise. didn't do it since but was curious of what it might be. and usually grinds if i don't baby it into gear too btw.

If its not been rebuilt, its most likely a worn 3/4 shift fork. This is a well-documented concern. The fix is an iron fork.

Sounds like a broken trans. If its not holding 3rd by ifself then something is worn or broken, Like said I beleive it is the shift fork too.

Could also be broken struts in the synchro.

I had the same problem. You have a rebuild in your near future.

I had a problem similar to yours, and it ended up being that my pro 5.0 worked itself loose and was not getting it in gear all the way. This may or may not be your problem but its something easy to check.
