Default Textralia customer service sucks!

I called and emailed Textralia to buy some replacement parts 2-3 weeks ago.

Your customer service sucks. Way to release products and then vanish off the face of the Earth when people need help.

10 days later with this post and still no reply from any rep at Textralia.

Officially a month later when I emailed AND called their USA division.

Yeah, I tried to buy a new friction disk from them, but never got any answer or response from either the US or Australian contacts, so I bought a Monster clutch instead.

Textralia has kinda dropped off the map lately...it never helped in the first place that they were based out of Australia, half way around the world, but even their internet presence has greatly diminished from what it was only a few years ago.

Figures...not good for people running their clutches. Guess it's on to the next best thing.

They broke apart awhile back didnt they? They aren't based in Tx anymore. That guy who was in TX got stuck with an *** load of Tex clutches that he couldn't sell under the Tex name bc they had their disagreement. A buddy vouched for his clutches being authentic even though they didnt have the name, buddy was banned from here for speaking up, but caused the guy to sell all his remaining stock except one, which he gave to the banned member for free. It was sold a year later to another buddy for a 12 pack and some money. I helped install it. Buddy re-registered under exact banned screen-name and is still here today. True story.
