Default Sluggish SS

So I've been noticing when driving and letting go of the gas pedal the car really feels like its pulling back and seems sluggish. Now when engaging the clutch pedal to move the car, without applying any gas, its not moving like it use too. Yesterday it didn't even want to move at all. I know its not the actual clutch (No signs of slipping) but what else could it be? Thanks for any insight.

Just making sure I understand you right. When you say you engage the clutch pedal to move the car are you talking moving the car from a stop? In gear or out of gear? and not even moving at all... under what conditions? trying to move the car in gear with the clutch pedal depressed and it won't move?

I'm no expert, but maybe a little more description will help out. Are you sure the clutch is fully disengaging?

Also, any recent mods or work done on the car that could have caused this?

I have the gear in and when I release the clutch the car doesn't move as easy as it use too. There is some resistance and its preventing my car to move when in gear.

Does the car roll differently (easier) when in neutral ? If so, that eliminates a couple thoughts
