Are Spec clutches balanced?

I thought of taking my whole setup to a shop and have it balanced, but if its already balanced, I dont want to do it again.

I believe they are, but you'd be suprised how out of balance some clutches can be. I'd do it anyway. I'll be taking my Stage II and flywheel to get balanced before I throw them in just to make sure.

I just took a brand new one in to be balanced and it was 40 grams off 5 inches from centerline. Needless to say we are sending it back. What a piece of ****!

are you talking just the ckutch or the whole kit with flywheel? i belive the whole kit is balanced and matched

The flywheel was within one gram. When the PP was bolted on it was 40 grams off. The damn thing wobbled when rotating. This was with the Spec billet flywheel.
