Default Who Sells Upgraded T-56's?!?

Hey guys

Im not over here much, but spend alot of time pn PT.net.

Im doing a t56 swap into a gmc sierra, and want a t56. I was looking at the Tick Stage 3 trans, but TICK offers no Cores. I have to have one to send in...which i do not.

Does anyone know of a good builder who sells Upgraded t56's with core charges?

I was all set to spend all that money with TICK today and they wouldnt sell me a core..

any help would be great!

Texas Drivetrain Performance is one. There is another near indianapolis, but for the life of me, I can't remember their name.

Maybe you could find one in a junkyard and use that as the core to send to Tick?

Ping D&D Performance. They may also require a core or just charge "$X" for one if they have it. I bought mine new from them in 05....but 94-97 T56 are getting harder to find now

Thats what Tick said today, getting hard to find solid t56's for cores, hence why they require your core

D&D is S of you in MI so they may be the closest builder/retailer.

While I have family in Chatam, I don't know what "junk yard" finds may be avail up there. Also given the 94-97 are 16-20 years old and most were not driven by your grandmother...condition is often poor on junk yard finds

We can upgrade your trans for you or build you an exchange unit and swap you out. There are a ton of different upgrades for them. Give me a call and we can talk about what would work best for you.
