For the rear main, I wouldn't say its the "best" but depending on your budget I ended up following the instructions found on this thread with the 4" PVC pipe end from Home Depot home depot crankshaft seal install tools
The alignit tools from SacCity are really good from what I hear and would probably do the job easier, its up to you if the $40 is worth it.
Flywheel Torque is 74 - First pass at 15, second at 37 and last at 74 ft/lbs
Pressure plate depends on the manufacturer but GM usually recommends 52 ft/lbs IIRC
