^^There is one on the Brake Petal too that you will see, it's to dis-engage Lockup on the Convertor when you hit the Brakes. The other one on that Switch is for the Brake Lights, and the little single Switch is to dis-engage the Cruise Control.
I removed that stuff, the N/S Switch on my Car will be on the Clutch. I had to bypass it all with the Auto to get the Starter Wire to work, for some reason the LT1 N/S wiring wasn't working with my LSX Harness. Someone had messed with it before I got in there and messed it up.

I'm going to be doing a M6 swap on my a4 trans am. I am buying the transmission from my friends z28 with the T56. He is going to a TH400 w/ slapstick. So he is willing to give me all the parts I need for the conversion as long as he doesn't need them for his new TH400. My question is we can just switch pedals right? Also what hidden expenses are there that am not thinking of??? I'm buying the trans and shifter for $1,200. What else will i need besides: Fluid and Flashing the PCM.

yeah I thought so.... I did some more reading and I guess I can follow one of the guides on the wire harness?? So i can use my auto wire harness and still have everything work correctly.

It will be a Pink Wire.
I used the Wire that was there that would normally power the 4L60E. It's not pinned from the Computer, it's on one of the Wheel Well Connectors, it comes from the Fuse Box. It will be the Wire that powers all the Auto Trans stuff if you look it up on a Pin Diagram. That is the one that I spliced to power the Reverse Lights, and the Reverse Lockout.

I have the needed pigtails for a A4-M6 swap on my LT1 but I can't figure out which wire goes to which side of the pigtails as they are the same color wire and don't have any marking that is refered to repeatedly in the common directions as either "A or B" so what do I do to figure this out.. Anyone have a photo or wiring diagram online?

Here are some pics I found..
Reverse Lockout..

One wire goes to a 12v source, and the other goes to the Pin on the PCM Connectors that controls Reverse Lockout.
Reverse Lights..

One wire goes to a 12v source and the other is going to the Reverse Lights.
