I bought the direct Fidanza replacement for a C6 LS2 flywheel and bolted it to the new LS7 clutch Assembly.

For the LS2, you would have about the same difference between them, but add a little weigth because of the larger diameter. I'd guess 26lbs for the LS2 iron, 20lbs for the LS2 billet steel, and 9.5lbs for the LS2 aluminum. Is there an LS2 billet flywheel out yet?

The lighter flywheel should make that up later on down the pass.

FYI:
I e-mailed TByrne and asked them to compare the SPEC billet steel LS2 flywheel (only ls2 billet steel I found) to the stock ls7. The response was that the weights are pretty much the same between the two but the billet steel is stronger and flatter.
