You might know me/my car. I'm from Plymouth and I've got the black 02 SS (I did have chrome 10 spokes, but I sold those and threw the ZR1's on this winter) and my bro hangs out up at Duke quite a bit, he had the red 3rd gen Z and he sold that this winter and has a silver 98 SS now. I actually raced you one pass over at Osceola late last summer when you had your Pewter SS. I won't be home a whole hell of a lot this summer though because I'm gonna stay down at IU and take classes this summer, but I'll be home like Memorial day weekend and 4th of July and maybe another weekend or two. Whats the new Cobra look like? I'm not a big stang guy, but I like 03-04 Cobras and the new Super Snakes. Hopefully you can get that to hook better than your SS.

It hooks a lot better. It is silver and rolls around a fat M/T ET Street. Looks and sounds bone stock.

Well, I hope I won at Oceola lol. I never ran a DR there only street tires that blew off all the time.

You should head up to Oceola this April for opening day. Will be a good time!

Here is a video link so you can see the car.

Thanks for the fun tonight Andrew. Now buy some tires and your P-1SC so we can race for real! I think you would get me off the bottle with that setup you wanna do.

Bring it over to Fort Wayne on a weekend night some time this summer. Plenty of guys would run you. Hall's restaurant on the corner of HWY 3 and the bypass (HWY 30/24) is the local muscle hangout. Check out the Hall's thread in the Midwest section.

How many spots do I get? Maybe we can get a race between that DSG Mach 1 too. How does the Cobra off the juice compare to your SS?

Hahaha, It is slower than the SS off the spray for sure. I have not been able to spray it yet because the rest of my parts do not show up until Tuesday.

I would have to race the Mach 1 on spray to be competition. That car is just sick as hell!

Yeah you won, but you should have with a prochargered car against my stock car haha. All I had was a tune and some DR's but since it was my first ever time at the track, I wasn't launching nearly as good as I should have with DR's so they basically worked as a sticky street tire. I've got the slip and I think you were 12.5 @ 117 or something and I was like 13.4 @ 103.xx.

What kinda guy is this 2000SS1979 anyway? He has a kick a&& Camaro (Chevy), and sells it for a Pony (Pooch). Then says, "Hey guys lets have some friendly wheel turn time". What is he on LS1 tech for anyway? Traitor! I bet Daddy bought him both cars and he just changes sides when it benefits him. I think he's even lying about his power adder & mods, yah big super charger! Wooh, I'm scared??? Has anyone even checked out this car? That's the great thing about the world wide web, you can make you car sound big and bad and noone will know. That is unless of coarse..........

I'm his three million dollar friend, rode in the car today, and am helping him sandbag like a mo fo!
