Default I found my DAMN MISFIRE problem!!!!

What a pain in the A$$ it has been the last 2 weeks!
I have changed a coil, all spark plugs 3 times, msd wires, o2 sensors twice, cam and crank sensors and I even had my injectors cleaned and flow matched! I have changed PCM's (MIKE its gonna be on its way! I just noticed it today!), and today I pulled the drivers side valve covers and saw this

what do you guys think?

They better!
I'm planning on going to Mr. Norms garage open house in Rockford. That place is badass and they are going to be doing dyno pulls too. My whole family and their cars will be going so it should be fun getting there too! Lol it should be about 8+ cars going in my family alone. That will be next Saturday

Well I couldnt take the damn spring OFF!!!!

I dont know what happened but if you can see in the picture the top of the second spring seat is flush with the tip of the valve and the valve seat is not concave anymore it looks more flat as oppose to the first valve where the tip of the valve sticks out just a little and the seat is more concave. Some how the retainers wont let go! Like if the are seized to the seat. I think that when the Rocker was hitting the valve it was slamming the top since it didnt have and spring pressure keeping it close to rocker. What do you guys think? How can I remove the springs safely?

PS Thanks for your help Paul!

overhead spring compressor would get that off no problem IMO. sometimes you have to hit the top of the retainer with a socket and dead blow hammer a few times before putting the spring tool on there.
