Default Any Chicago-locals running an MGW shifter?

I'm not feeling my Hurst shifter anymore and thinking about grabbing an MGW. Anybody have any feedback?

I went from a stock to a MGW, I prefer the MGW.
Far more positive, and firm, not clunky or spongy.

It's rather hard to describe though.

Thanks for the feedback. I feel like my stock Hurst is too firm and rigid and it's hard to push into different gears - looking for something smoother. I'd like to test out somebody's setup before I drop dough on.

MGW was up to this point the best money I've spent modding. I had a Hurst shifter previously optioned with the WS6 package, not even a viable comparison.

I could legit teach a monkey to drive my car now. The 2-3 shift alone is worth the money. Reverse IS a little difficult until you break it in a bit, if I had one complaint.

Would you be OK with me trying it out in person? If not, I totally understand. I just need to try out products before purchasing them now. After going through 2 different LCA's, 2 Panhard bars and switching out Koni's/Strano's, I learned my lesson the hard way.

MGW with LS7 clutch here, and I love the shifter. Real tight and engages properly. Makes driving the car so much more fun.

You can run the MGW composite race **** or the MGW gripper ****. I was told by MGW that the Mustang ***** they have on their website work with the f-body shifter they sell.
