I made an amazing discovery today! Went to change the oil in the Z and upon taking off the red head covers I noticed 2 of the 8 spark plug wires were just laying on the head from when I bought it

live in Evansville, looking for a good machine shop
Ready to start building my 355 LT1, I'm wondering who around SW Indiana does great work. Just need the block decked and bored. Will be running LE2 heads and cam with full boltons. Any suggestions?

I have had good luck with Farmers on Virginia. I had used Automotive Wholesellers in the past but they fu$%ed my SBC 400 block up and wouldn't take care of it. Then they gave my friend back his LT1 crank and said it was good. You could catch your finger nail on the grooves in it. So no more Automotive for me.
Farmers sometimes takes a little while to get stuff done but so far I'm happy with them. They decked, honed and polished the crank on my friends LT1 and it looked really nice.

I took mine to take Mark Coles and they did a crappy job on the back window since they don't know how to tint with the dots at the top. I forgot where Mike took his without having problems with the back but it was by the Eastland Mall.

Yeah I read some reviews on yahoo about that Mark Cole's and don't think I'll be going there. I'll give ziebarts a call for a quote as well as classic shades. Thanks for the input everyone!
