If so where did you go?

I hunt in Eau Claire MI (approx. 100 miles away), just got back. Got a good size button buck, and a nice looking 6 pointer.

wow this thread got this guys so upset, he had to reg. to this site to make a retarded statement.

What are you a vegatarian? Don't eat meat? If ya do, hunting is a hell of alot more of a humane way to kill an animal then all the meat farms do. Not to mention that most states are pushing people to hunt deer (esp) because of how over populated they are.

That's awesome you got out and got to go hunting for shotgun season. I didn't get to go this year, I was too busy. I am by Adams county in McDonough county.

I went out last year for shotgun season and I was hooooooked. I loved it. I will definitly get some deer tags for next year and be out and about. I know a bunch of farmers that have a lot of acres with timber on it so I will be hitting up those.

It is true, when a deer walks by you do get adrenaline flowing through you.

those are called open sights....they work just fine. I will tell you one thing though. By having a scope you can see better at dawn and dusk. A scope illuminates the area and can help you get a sight in much easier.
