There's a member here sponsoring a Dyno day @ Big Shot dyno in Hudson on April 27th. The tuner is coming from Pa & is considered a reputable tuner. Am not sure if any spots remain, but, will PM more details so you can check.

I would be interested in that info. I thought the two closest to NW Ohio were EPP (Indiana) and GMR Speed (Cleveland).

There aren't any proven C5 tuners in Columbus.

I would go to a shop,steer clear of the cheap tuners,you're on your own if they F your car up.
