Im looking for a shop to possibly throw a cam in and some headers. Not sure if I want to do it myself yet. I work a lot and never have anytime. Any reliable shops would help.

Living in the MIlwaukee area, I say that there are no DECENT shops with LS1 credibility around. I'd rather stick with one of the sponsors. I know there are shops around here that can do it, but I like building a relationship with a sponsor of this board and work from there. There are a number in the Chicago area that are very good. I've only dealt with one(Speed Inc.), but I'm sure others could help like what's been offered.

Josepy - where are you coming from? We are in Schaumburg and I can get to the North Side of Milwaukee within an hour and a half.
We've been doing this cam special for years now - $1399 gets you cam, springs, pushrods, gm crank seal & bolt, a/c recharge, professional installation, and dynotuned.

Up in Ozaukee County like by Port Washington? You can just take 43 down, hit up 94 to chicago, when 294 splits off is lake cook road - take that west to IL 53. 53 south goes past woodfield mall, get off on Thorndale Ave (Elgin O'hare expressway) and take that west, we are a few exits down right off the Elgin O'Hare.
We could get the car done a few days after dropping it off - Larry (larry@ls1speed.com) is the person to speak with regarding the schedule.
