This is hard, I never thought I would have to do this. I have a 1996 Impala SS for sale. The car is located in Rock Falls, Illinois- which is about an hour south of Rockford and an hour east of the Quad Cities. It is black, factory GM paint, no touch ups that I can tell, a few minor scratches- nothing major. Exterior is in great shape with no dents or dings. The front license plate holder was removed, and the holes remain in the bumper, however I have all stock parts that were taken off the car.
Here's where it gets interesting. The interior has been switched to a two tone black and stock factory grey. This includes new black carpet, custom dyed portions of the door panels, new Lloyd embroidered mats and redone leather two tone seats. The dash has been dyed black to match the rest of the interior, and a late model Lumina steering wheel has been put in place of the original. Also that mean as of right now there is no driver side air bag.
The wheels are factory Impala SS wheels powdercoated black with new Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 tires in 255/50/17. It makes the car if you ask me.
Drivetrain is basically stock. I have removed all the intake ducting and replaced it with a cone filter on the end of the MAF. Cleaned up some engine bay stuff. Has Raptor Mufflers on it currently without resonators in the tailpipes, sounds good.
Sound system is completely custom. I have two MTX 7500 subs in a custom built box. The rest of the trunk is trimmed in greay carpet for a full custom look. The Amps are mounted on each side of the trunk. One amp is for the subs and is a MTX mono amp(forgot specs). The other is a 4 channel MTX 404 amp that controls the interior speakers. The interior speakers are 5 1/4" components up front and 6x9 three ways in the package tray, both MTX.
If you have any questions or would like to come see tha car, please give me a call, as I don't check this site very often. The price I am asking is $14,500 and I think that is fair, but I am open to offers. An please no trades or low *****, this is hard enough already. Thanks Matt

I don't think you have to join I mean afterall you are looking to get out of the b-body thing and they are a group that would be likely to know someone wanting an Impala.

I wish I had the money, I'd buy it in a second. That is without a doubt the best looking Impala I've ever seen. That's saying a lot because I normally hate Impala's, but I'd drive it every day if it was mine.
