Default Stalled built tranny for 6-speed?

Anyone interested to trade??
im located about 45 mins south of chicago. If you have a stock tranny i will need it to have a upgraded clutch.

I have a Built tranny (will hold 650whp) with a yank 4400 stall.

Also if your tranny is stock i may need a few bucks....

I'd do it! I have a T56 and almost new Ram HD clutch/billet FW/McCleod adjustable master/updated '02 hydraulics/Pro5.0 shifter. Trans was rebuilt about 15,000 miles ago (stock rebuild except for steel shift forks) by ValveGod on this board. Shifts great.
I live near Detroit though. We could each take care of our own shipping?

Hmmm...I may be interested. What all is needed to go from M6 to A4 (other than the obvious)? I know I would have to reflash my PCM but that is no big deal. What about wiring? Is it hard to get it to work properly?

Anyhow, I have a trans with CF synchros, billet keys, bronze shift fork pads, steel fork with Spec stage 3. About 1k miles on the set-up. And my car is an 02 so the better hydraulics with drill mod. I would put up the trans, clutch, Pro 5.0 shifter with custom handle, cross member, pedals, hydraulics (anything else?).

Who built the trans and what internals does it have? Is the verter good for spray and how much in case I want to go that route?

I did the swap back in January. It wasn't really hard, just time consuming and tedious. You'll have to swap the engine harness and wire in the connector for the A4 shifter. Read this:

Thanks Brian. This will help with making the decision. How hard was it to swap the harness? That is my biggest concern really.

okay i think i pmed everyone who didnt pm me but here is some more info on my trans

Im not sure how many miles are on it (last owner had it rebuilt in 03 i believe and this was his weekend car. It was built through powerhouse performance. And the stall is a yank 4400.

I coppied this off PowerHouses' website.

High Energy Clutches
8 Clutch 3/4
6 Clutch Forward
High Energy Wide Band
"The Beast" Sun Shell
Hardened Pump Rings
Hardened Pump Vanes
New Delco 13 Vane Rotor
Heavy Duty Rotor Return Spring
New Delco Shift Solenoids and Pressure Control Solenoids
Performance Shift Kit
Large Second Gear Servo

the tranny shop told the previous owner that this is the same trans they use when costumers with s/c/ turbo cars come to them for a trans.

I do have the reciept from when they rebuilt it.

***I have a guy that will help us do the work. He has done this before. Im trading my HAL shocks + springs for the install help***
