Norwalk Track Rental - Monday, June 4th

To make things interesting we have joined once again with www.BuckeyeGoats.com, www.BuckeyeStangs.com, www.Chargerforums.com and www.LS1GTO.com to increase the turnout and decrease the cost...and maybe have a little friendly competition. The track rental is not limited to members of these forums, if you know of anyone who would like to join in please have them sign on so they can reserve their spot also.

Official Date is Monday, June 4th from 9am to 4 pm.
Pricing will be based on the number of spots filled and sponsor contributions. If we fill at the least 40-45 spots the final cost will be around $40-44 per vehicle (give or take a few $ - given a worst case scenario), free for anybody who just wants to come watch. This is with the track prepped to 1/8 mile and both lanes open. It also includes 3 track staff to run the starter and the time slips. There will be an ambulance on site and the tower will be set for Sportsman (but we can switch it if we'd like). The concession stand by the staging lanes will also be open.

FYI - There is an additional fee for oil cleanup/etc. if you have an issue while going down the track. The first $100 of spill cost is covered in the rental fee, but if there is additional clean up fees beyond that it is not able to be covered and the party responsible will need to pick up the extra cost. (We've only had one spill after 4 rentals that was $30)

The cap on this is 100 cars so reserve your spot soon!
To reserve your spot a $10 non-refundable deposit is required. (This counts towards the total cost of course)
The final payment amount is $15 and is due on April 5th. (Total payment altogether is $25)

Payment is preferred via Paypal but if you prefer another form of payment please PM me for arrangements. Paypal is sablejar@hotmail.com and please include your name and user ID so I can properly track the info. If the maximum of 90 spots are filled quickly we will start a reserve list in case of cancellation.
