Anyone going to KC on Saturday for the Midwest shootout that the Tosto boys are putting on. Jason and I are heading down early Sat. morning, weather looks to be great!

Yea, I was hoping it was just Sunday....I was planning on going to the cyclone game Sat morning....Damnit, why does everything fall on the same day....Are you racing Sat and Sun? I saw in the email (at home, forgot to respond, ended up at the girlfriends) leaving early Sat morning, but when would we return? What is available for vehicles? We need to get a small gathering going next Spring for all of us on here. I could even gather up more folks that are not on LS1tech. Just make it a LSX/LTX day. Fbody, Bbody, Ybody, etc gathering.

Hey man, me and andy are leaving saturday morning, and returning saturday night. he will be crashing at my place here in CR. im planning on riding up with him saturday am, and it looks like they might be racing untill dusk...

Well fellas I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer this morning. Saw it out of the corner of my eye and all of the sudden it was infront of me on the highway. Slammed on the breaks and clipped its back leg with the front bumper. Cracked my turn signal and put a nice crack about 4 inches long in my front facia down by the foglight. Then I found out one of the girls I coached last year in 7th grade basketball died today from e-coli. Not a real good day for me. We will see what tomorrow brings.

Rodney- Last two times I was even at a track with that rear end, I brought a trailer and the goal was to blow it up. The one time I made three passes leaving at 3k and side steping it, then it rained out. The other time I made about 9 passes on it in all kinds of conditions with drag radials. I never blew up those richmonds, I did go through about 4 sets of motives though. Honestly, if you run on street tires you should be ok, unless they finally figured out how to prep the track, which I doubt. Each time I've been there i make a few decent passes in the morning, and by noon, the track prep has gone to hell and I can't get out of the hole. Also, next time your in Des Moines call me and we can catch up sometime.

Went to Cordova. Ran shitty, can't launch. Best run was a 13.3 something at 109 with a 2.3 60'. I had some major wheel hop. Scared the crap out of me, I didn't know what was going on, haha. First time I have ever experienced that. Need to make some changes before the spring.

Hey, I know if I were out racing I wouldnt be doing that great. Im not perfectly set up nor do I know how to race the beast as it sits now compare to last.
LCA for sure, that will definitly do the trick, or should at least fix most of it w/o other suspension mods.

I heard about that on the radio this morning, Im sorry to hear that.
E-coli break outs all over the f'n place around here, Tostinos Pizzas, and a **** load of meat again this morning was just recalled. Between that and lead the apocolipse(sp?) is comming

Yeah...I was in complete disbelief when i heard ISU is in the lead near the 4th quarter. Thought i was dreaming. So we have a record of...2-13(i think). Glad you guys had some fun at the track - sorry to hear the bad news andy.

Another home one this weekend against the Colorado. Play like we did, at home, maybe a W. Chizik is going to have to get the branding iron out and chase them around the field during practices to make them move the ball forward.
