I was going to make sure to touch base with you & see if you were interested. If I end up going to Cordova, I won't be planning on hitting kcir this year. Next season, I plan on taking the black notchback Mustang racing quite abit!!!

yeah that car has mid/low 7's in it FOR SURE! nice setup! badass cam, heads, rear, etc..
did you take the front sway bar out? i have completely stock suspension as well and i removed mine at the track and i had much better weight transfer and 60's with it out...and i took the car for a 3+ hour 3/4 tank backcountry twistie drive and it did feel "loose" but it wasnt bad at all with it out, its not a bad trade off..

Yeah I removed the front sway and also put on the skinnies at the same time. I'd have to say it's pretty darn scary around sharp curves when you let off the gas or get on it hard.

Here are a bunch of pictures some guy took from Sunday. A lot of good pictures. Give some people an idea of what was there.

If I knew my ET Streets would make the trip I probly would go. But I've never owned a pair and the tread lines in the center are barely visible. Maybe theres more tread than I think left but I hate to risk it. Anybody have a pair of 15's laying around?

Damn I'd love to go, just got my car tuned last weekend as well. Runs A LOT better and stronger but the last time I was at CFR and it was 50 degrees I spun pretty much half way down the track! Hope they got the prep going tomorrow for you guys.

Come on now dave, don't bash the Sumi's. They got me a 2.1!
My best time of the day was the first run. 12.966 @ 112. Best MPH was 113. Every time I hit 2nd gear it would break the tires loose. Smacked the rev limiter in 2nd a couple of times. I would like to hope I could have got another mph out of it. Well I think the car might have more in it if someone who could drive ran the car, ha. Anyway, it was a good time. Despite having to wait for broken **** to get off the track the whole day.

CFR always amazes me on how shitty they run it. I have a million horror stories about that place, the guys running the lanes never seem to know what is going on.
The "slick cars" were getting 2 passes, before they ran the street tire stuff at all. Some times they just stopped running the street tire cars & run bikes & then slick cars again. Selling hot dogs without buns should be a crime!!!! I remember why I stopped wasting time & money going there...
