I put my 18s on the GTO yesterday, but they still have the less than half tread Michilin Pilots on them....I got up to about 13 mph on my attempt to drive to work today. LOL! The Nitto DRs couldn't have been worse than the Piolts. I was in denial that winter was coming & didn't have the Blizzaks mounted, so now I have to get it done today.

I have a feeling that I still won't make it very far when the foot of snow comes tomorrow!

I think you will be pretty surprised by how well you will get around with the blizzaks. You will be wanting the 4wd trucks and suvs to get the hell out of your way!!!

I got to test them a little tonight. I'm honestly blown away that they make such a big difference!

Update...
Drove to work today, ZERO problems. Traction control activated 1 time, due to some deep slushy snow & I was shifting in to 2nd. BADASS tires!

As soon as I get done with all of the suspension. I just got done with new rear shocks. The whole car now has all poly bushings. The only only thing left with that are the front struts that are sitting in the garage. Then it is on to cam and heads!!!! I am thinking about a shift kit for the trans too.

You don't have stall do you? If not, better add that to the list too! Every modded auto car NEEDS one!

When I do the heads and cam I will most definitely be adding the stall also.

I started her up the day before yesterday to charge the battery a little. I don't think my neighbors like me very much.

I forget how loud this thing is.

lol!! I got pulled over by a trooper this last summer and got a fix-it-ticket for my exhaust. Good thing I had my windows down. He said he could hear my car over his engine and his radio. I said "It sounds good doesn't it?" He just smiled. He was actually a pretty nice guy. I think he just wanted to check it out. He told me he had to give me the fix-it since they are required to write something if they pull you over.

thats the reason I like the magnaflow. Its not too loud at idle and sounds amazing. But when you open it up, it screams.

MM2KSS...You should add a LSX crate motor to that build! Check out the 376 LSX, it even comes with a warranty.
