I still cant believe they didnt cancel today!! i mean, des moines public schools (just like ISU) hardly cancelled and they did, along with indonola, carlisle ect. WTF...sorry..on a little soap box right now. Even my teacher was like..dude. this sucks.

I work up by Ames. I imagine ISU didn't cancel seeing as how they got very little snow compared to the DSM area. I had 9" with big drifts in Ankeny and I bet they got around 3" up there.

We made it back alive (barely). It took us almost 3 hours today to go from the twin cities to Albert Lea! It was a complete white out, bad wrecks everywhere, ton of cars in ditches and doing 360's behind us.
The concert was unbelievable, I had to go to church tonight for the things I witnessed last night at the concert

I almost piled us in to the rear of a multi car wreck, I was doing 20 & couldn't see very far past the front of the car. We sat parked on the interstate for 30-45 minutes. It sucked!!!! Worst long drive of my life...

Good to hear you guys made it back safely. Sounds like it was a real shitty drive back.
Anyway, it is getting closer to spring. March is getting closer and hopefully in a little over a month I can get the car back out. Might be sooner once Rodney gets his cam installed. Then it will be my car's turn

I ordered my back wheels the first week of December. I called on them a week ago and found out they didn't put the order in right and haven't even started on them! Now I get to wait another 6 weeks

yeah im not going to complain about a beautiful white 98 WS6 that still has a/c and ran 10.70 on a set of ET mickeys spinning the first 60' lol. 408 baby!!
